Heart dhara is a deeply nourishing treatment that is good for heart/circulatory conditions, underlying emotional troubles, anxiety issues and panic attacks. A dough ring is placed over the chest and a warm herbal decoction with medicated oils is continuously poured into it. It's a deeply relaxing treatment and I've had clients often experience profound changes afterwards - each person reacts differently - but this is a treatment that is better experienced than explained!
